Crestal Flap Elevator Prof. Wainwright for quadrants 2 and 4 - LS-Passion
Description
The "Crestal Flap Elevator" developed by Prof. Dr. Marcel Wainwright is a specialized instrument used in implantology, oral surgery, and periodontal surgery. It is a hybrid of a periosteal lifter and bone scraper, designed for the efficient removal of periosteum, even in hard-to-reach areas.
The unique double angulation allows for perfect access without obstructing the field of vision, and the instrument's ergonomic shape enables effortless and low-impact periosteal removal, even in cases of scarred crestal tissue.
This double-ended instrument, with 3 mm and 5 mm working ends, is available in two versions: one for quadrants 1 and 3 (item no.: LSP1868W3-5A) and one for quadrants 2 and 4 (item no.: LSP1868W3-5B).
These two-ended instruments are available with 3 mm and 5 mm working ends. Due to its excellent ergonomics, this instrument is a great help in crestal periosteal removal during implantological, oral surgical, and periodontal surgical procedures.
Especially in the distal region, straight instruments often pose a high risk of iatrogenic injury from slippage, which this instrument avoids.
