Would you like to return instruments or make a complaint?
No problem!

1	Instruments that have already been used must be cleaned and sterilized. Goods that have not yet been used must be returned to us in their original packaging. Returned goods that are not complaints must be discussed and confirmed with your dental depot beforehand.
2	Fill in and sign the proof of decontamination This proof is also required for unused goods! Attention: If the proof is not received, we reserve the right to send the goods back to the sender.
3	Pack the items securely for transport. Include proof of decontamination and proof of purchase.
